The queue can be long at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicha San Chen was recommended by my expert bubble tea friends. I tried the dong ding bubble tea, absolutely love it. This is one of the best bubble tea brands in SG in my opinion. Undoubtedly the best bubble tea in NTU campus. Can't wait to get all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously, I tried the dong ding oolong at the orchard branch before and the drink was fragrant and there was a good balance of tea and milk.
However, I just bought one in the ntu branch and I am utterly disappointed - it's diluted, there's hardly any tea taste and it tastes like water. I also waited about 15min for the drink - my drink was placed at the counter for 5min before they called my number (it wasn't busy because the service crew was standing around waiting)
Definitely not going to patronize this store again or maybe other chi cha stores too. I regret buying from them.

Quite a big store.
Nice layout.
Service was as fast as they could.
Do expect to wait if you are buying the tea, not only do they serve the students, the store also caters to delivery as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who can resist a cup of chicha san chen bbt…? Nice tea fragrance. Affordable price. Less queue when it’s not lunch and dinner time…. Avoid student crowds. Recommend to get it especially after a walk at the hive and garden….
