I have been a customer here for four years already, and I think the N and Y laser package really improves my skin.

Horrible. Went there for acne scar. Claimed that treatment is tailored by doctor are false. Treatments packages are pushed to you that do not meet your needs or address your concerns. Customers are treated like cash cows. Don’t fall for their gimmicks. Don’t believe celerity endorsement. My advise save your money On bona fide aestheticians. You will save more money see progress. Like I said this place is just a gimmick who dun give 2 cents worth of your concernsR or stress

The doctors, nurses, consultants and therapists are all very friendly and caring. Apart from the treatment they provide, they also care for their patients like friends.

I'm happy with the treatment here. Ms Queenie who is my therapist has been very helpful and always pay attention to my treatments and provide good recommendation. Ms Rebecca who is my consultant always provide excellent service and very friendly. Good job!

Had Ulthera on 26/12 with complimentary HydraBright facial. Went for the complimentary facial post 3 weeks, during the facial, with cold mask on my face, therapist would not leave me alone. She sat by the side of the bed, attempting to upsell their Thermage Eye treatment, citing my wrinkles and droppy eyelids. As soon as I was ushered to the reception, sales consultant Angel relentlessly promote the Thermage Eye at a special price only for the day itself. Candidly, I told her I'm still considering and comparing the best solution to address my issue with other aesthetics provider. And she lost her patience with me, and talk to me in condescending manner.. All that smiles were immediately wiped off. It's all a facade behind the surgical mask she donned. it was plain obvious Angel was showing her annoyance with me, rolling her eyes several times. Cited that I would look "funny" when my face is lifted after Ulthera but eyes not addressed. In retaliation, I questioned if the recent Ulthera treatment supposed to last for only a month? She was pushing too hard that I should quickly get Eye area addressed. And. I said since her patience is running thin, we should stop this conversation. With that said, she immediately stood up and tell other staff to get my signature and stormed off. My experience at ClearSk Novena was rude, curt and disrespectful behaviour from Angel - since she failed to get more money out from me. Enough said about ClearSK. I didn't feel like I'm appreciated as a customer who didn't spend enough to cover their sales target. PATHETIC.

Dr.Jeanel makes me feel fantastic and beautiful. Every visit I feel 10 years younger. So grateful for her and her team.

I’ve visited ClearSK for rejuran healer. The experience are excellent! The doctor is very professional and sophisticated in using the medical device for the entire treatment. No hard selling and only gave genuine suggestions. After a few days of the treatment my skin condition has improved much more. I’m now satisfied with my skin texture and condition now. Will definitely visit again :)
