Food sucks way overpriced frozen hotdog and bread that would have tasted 100 times better if I had done at home. Close to 1hr waiting time in Sunday morning. Took 30 mins just to give the ready made cake. Had to clean our own tables as they were understaffed. Will never visit ever again.

May I ask why as paying customers we are not allowed to have laptop/iPad on the table? Totally understand if u put a time limit especially on weekends but controlling what a paying customer could or couldnโ€™t do is rigid and ridiculous. Now I know why even on crowded weekends itโ€™s always empty :) As a parting gift please see attached. all the best guys lol

My first time here and itโ€™s not a pleasant experience. Staffs were rude and unfriendly. The staff with blue hair should note to keep her hair out of her face, you are in f&b and hygienic is very important. Instead of looking at me with questioning eyes, you could have open your mouth to ask what am I waiting for. I will not step into this outlet ever again.

Ask the staff help to clear the table as there are many tables with all these used plates, she just said ok .. and nvr help to clear. ? just feel a bit disgusting to use uncleared unclean table. ?

The staff saw that I have a laptop and that i intended to use my computer while dining in. Doing work at Coffee Smith @ Northpoint was the ONLY reason i bought my tea. Immediately after buying my tea, the staff informed me that i had to stop using my computer. Wasted my money and time there. Would much appreciate if they communicated this clearly as i wasted my 20 minutes of my life that i cannot get back. Then, I humbly requested if to use my laptop for 30 minutes as i had an urgent email to a client to send and use that time to finish my tea. unfortunately the only pathetic response was "sorry my manager says cannot", then why didn't the manager informed me about no laptops before i made my tea purchase? my laptop was already openly placed in front of their staff right before i purchased it and they had to tell me after i bought it! This is a very unprofessional and upsetting experience from a cafe.

Ordered home delivery from here, a Smith Classic Breakfast. Packaging was poor and small. Felt like everything just got stuffed in together. The sausage they gave was a regular sausage that I have at home, doesn't look like anything they show on their photos. Bread was hard and cold to chew. My lemonade was spilled into the plastic bag. The scrambled eggs and salad were alright. But yeah, for the price I paid and the expectation I had, it's a one star. Really disappointed.

The first time that I have visited this outlet, it was on 19th January at around 1am. When I enquire about the size difference between regular and large, the barista simply pointed to the cups with her marker seemingly uninterested in serving me and not saying a single word which seem rather rude and unpleasant. On the 26th, when I visited coffee smith again, I believe whom is the same barista, did not bother clearing up the rubbish/left over cups/utensils as shown. The cups are being left untouched on the table since 1am till 5am. I had to clean up my own table as majority of them were left dirty. Also, she is nowhere to be found when I want to order drinks and I have been waiting for 30-45 minutes which I thought there was no one in the store until I searched around and found her in the staff room engrossed to her phone. However, when I visited coffee smith on 21st January, the other male barista promptly cleared the tables right after each customer left, have a much better attitude and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness of the cafe. I have also emailed the management but they didnโ€™t bother replying. Will never recommend this cafe.
