The location of this residence are in neighbourhood and very close to the prime malls, groceries as well as MRT stations. Overall it is a very good stay and will come back again!!

The other communal facilities like the lounge also allows me to spend time with others and it is a really great way to meet new people! The location is also convenient, and it is only a short walk to Boon Lay MRT, making it very accessible!

The fee is all-inclusive (with utility) and regarded reasonable for the size of the room and the services provided. The communal areas, such as the lounge, gym, laundry room, and kitchen, are spotless and well-kept. The staff is extremely kind and sensitive to your needs. While you're here, you can ask them for help with nearly anything.

I tried it for 2 months and enjoyed the experience, where the location itself has amenities like gym, different communal space for different working vibes.
K	KK Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coliwoo Boon Lay is my first experience of communal living. I recalled when I first moved in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful Javier as well as the security staff. Coliwoo Boon Lay is clean, and the common area is always nicely decorated. Coliwoo has all the basic amenities like kitchen and laundry appliances hence, instead of buying a ton of home goods that I will have to toss or sell when I move out, I just need to bring essentials to my new bedroom, which save me a lot. I am also engaged with the Coliwoo community throughout my stay, as there were multiple events or activities organized by the Coliwoo personnel team, which makes my staying experience very different from room renting. Overall, I would say that Coliwoo offers a great sense of community that comes from sharing a home.

The overall living experience is excellent. The living conditions are excellent. Functional and clean furniture as well as appliances in communal facilities and room. The cleaning is excellent, and no doubt at public areas as well. I strongly recommend if you are looking for long term / short term stay in West Area!
