β β β β β Avoid the stall selling charsew εη§ sewyok η§θ with no queue during peak hour. The rice is so sticky its non edible, the meat is so chewy you can't bite. I don't normally leave food review no matter how bad it is but this is my first exception.

β β β β β Clean, spacious with a lot of seatings and has a large glass window for a beautiful scenery.
There is a a large variety of food stalls to choose from which comes at very affordable prices.

β β β β β So many seats 70% are crossed out with some tables allowed only one pax. The way the seats were crossed out is really not logical and I heard many ppl who cannot find seat to dine in complaining. Does this koufu practice 1 meter safe distancing or 2 meter. Good luck to your stalls business.

β β β β β It is near my house and is my alternate breakfast place when too tired to travel far to look for better breakfast food. Will usually order Mee Rebus and Chee Cheong Fun from the snack stall beside the dessert stall. Both Mee Rebus and Chee Cheong Fun are average - no hit no miss - and good enough for a decent breakfast.

β β β β β Very wide variety of foods and drinks to choose from. Convenient with payment options (Grab, NEST, cash, etc.) Price is a bit on high side for foods court.

β β β β β Food is decent and thereβs a lot of options here, including popular brands like Pepper Lunch, Ah Lamβs and Yu Kee. Ah Ma Chi Mian is also a popular one that often sees a queue. It can get very crowded during lunch and dinner timings, so do take note!

β β β β β This food court, while looks like other food court, is probably just other food courts. Although it has pepper launch express and some other express restrurants so thatβs quite nice! The tables and chairs are usually clean, the place tends to get crowded unless youβre there early (which I was). I had the Chicken Hor Fun from the chicken rice stall, and the food was as good as expected. Overall, a good food court with not much bad going for it! It just ainβt a 3 Michelin star restaurant.

β β β β β Nice and quiet place during weekday afternoon. Good selection of food. Not crowded. Inside a nice shopping mall called Waterwaypoint next to Punggol train station.
