★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vincent Fong tailored suits for me for over 10 years. Always the quality and fit was spot on. The pricing was about standard for Singapore. He will also post cloth samples to you. You make your selection and he will make up the garments and post to you. He always markes his packages as altered clothing which attracts no import duty. Very reliable and very friendly chap.
