I tried a sample and i liked it. I asked if I could buy it. they said that since it is out of stock, they could sell me the cube by itself without the box for MORE THAN HALF of the price. I am really happy that they were able to sell it to me. There was a variety of puzzles and i had a great time trying their cubes. I met some cool people there and I will definitely go there again.

My kids recently got into cubing and we found Cubewerkz with a simple google search. The shop has a friendly environment with lots of different cubes on display. My kids can stay for hours in the shop, trying to solve different cubes and meeting people who share the same interest. We also signed up for their lessons. Worth visiting.

A haven for all cube enthusiasts - David is always patient with all queries and encourages us to try out different puzzles each time. My child thoroughly enjoys the personalized lessons by Daryl. We are treated by warmth each time we enter Cubewerkz!

Visited the shop for the first time today and I got to have a nice chat with David who is really nice. There are also many cubes to try out which is useful to do before buying them. Very different compared to online shopping which only gives a description of the cube. I had no idea that the shop has so many more cube-related services to offer apart from just selling cubes until David explained to me about it :) Made a purchase that I was satisfied with :) Will also be sure to return when I'm in the area. Two thumbs up! ??

David has the best cube or puzzle shop in Singapore! My kids just could not keep their eyes away from all the cubes and puzzles in the shop. What I love the most is David's passion on nurturing talented young kids. His passion can truly wake kids' confidence and potential. That's very valuable to me. Thank you David for making such a great shop for everyone. :)

Came here 2 months ago and bought the first batch of cubes for the Sept school holidays. Today came again for the second batch for year end holiday. Very friendly and nice. We spent almost an hour trying all the different puzzles and the owner of the shop were very nice and patiently explaining to us. They have classes here on how to solve the puzzles and gave my girl some tricks to start with. We will be back for more!

I found out about this place out of curiosity when I Google'd "rubiks cube singapore" and this was the first result that appeared, and wow does it deserve my praise! I visited this place on a quiet Thursday afternoon and the lady who assisted me was very pleasant and got me the stuff I wanted. I got a 4x4 and a megaminx here and I am incredibly happy with it. If you're into twisty puzzles, look no further as this shop has an impressive array of puzzles for you. Instead of getting from the usual retail chain stores, go here instead for far higher quality puzzles. I'm certainly going to return for more! EDIT : Well I came back for more! I visited again to get a 3x3 cube as my Rubik's brand cube was starting to feel really sluggish after trying out speedcubes. I looked up on their website the 3x3 that I wanted, but it turns out that it was out of stock. David helped me by letting me try out the alternatives and my goodness you will really be spoiled for choice with the selection of puzzles, and that's just for the 3x3. After settling on the MoYu 3x3, David also offered to lube the cube up for an even faster cube. Now that the cube is so fast, I'm the one who needs to keep up because coming from a Rubik's brand 3x3, this lubed up MoYu feels like a supersonic jet! Buying online is convenient but brick and mortar stores like this give you a chance to try out a variety of cubes before you commit on your preferred one. David himself is also incredibly humble and friendly with the way he approaches and teaches you how to solve puzzles. There was a puzzle known as a pyraminx duo that I had never solved before and David's intuitive way of teaching taught me how to solve it in just a few simple steps, and I actually did solve it after his brief lesson. Really goes to show the kind of charm David has and his passion for all things puzzle. Unlike other tutorials where they almost always follow the usual step by step process with algorithms and such which isn't bad by itself but David's way of teaching is just so fluent and I myself couldn't believe how I just solved a puzzle I had never done before in mere seconds. Granted the puzzle was fairly simple, but still quite incredible nonetheless.

I visited David's shop recently. It was an absolute pleasure getting to know him and I had a great time discovering his massive twisty collection (see photos below). David has anything and everything related to cubes: cube keychains, cube stools, a giant cube, the world's smallest cube - you name it, he has it. His passion for cubing shines through his enthusiastic personal sharing and demonstrations. Cubing is a great hobby which offers a lot to learn from. So I'm very happy to see someone so dedicated to promoting it in Singapore. If you like twisty puzzles or want to get to know the cubing world, you have to visit Cubewerkz! Highly recommend :)
