★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered mini cupcakes from Cuppacakes for my children's birthday celebrations at their school. I got the assorted sprinkles ones for my daughter and the galaxy ones for my son. The cupcakes were so well designed and tasted delicious. I had to bring forward my son's celebration by more than a week due to Covid restrictions but Cuppacakes was so accommodating of my last minute request. Ordering and pick up is hassle free. Their pricing is also reasonable. They reply promptly when contacted via whatsapp. I will surely return for more in the future.

Plus cupcakes were deliciously yummy! (scored 5 out of 5 stars on taste by the gift recipients :)) Fabulous, fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices for the high quality and level of service too. Highly recommend and will definitely order again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered birthday cupcakes for my daughters birthday to be sent 2 days prior to the event, thru wataspp the order was taken and the company ensured that every detail was captured to ensure the order was correct. I was impressed by the quick communication of the staff, turnaround of the order and how well done the cupcakes were.
The delivery timing was spot on as well which was crucial to ensure everything was smooth., all in all it was a great experience ordering from them and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the cupcakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Conversed via WhatsApp, sent a rough sketch of the design and they executed it perfectly. They even helped to arrange balloons as well with their neighbour shop. Will be my go-to place. Just take note that they are often fully booked, so plan in advance.

Very responsive via WhatsApp. I was able to make my request and order through Whatsapp for quantities outside of the standard amount. I ordered mini cupcakes. My order was ready on the day I requested for pickup and the design looked great and what I had asked for. Thanks very for a great service. I hope the kids liked it.

The shop owners is responsive and efficient in handling my queries during my order and I requested it to have it changed to gold based instead of pink based ballerina design. The outcome?
