It's worth my time to go all the way from Yishun to Thomson branch to settle my issue of opening an account at DBS. Also never forget the beautiful lady at the front door (forgot to ask her name) for the friendly greeting and approached. She is patience, helpful and directed me to the person incharged based on my problem encountered.
