The doctor is very cold throughout the conversation and is not very informative when the question being asked after she finished her textbook explanation. She started to look at her phone n not paying attention when me n my husband wanted to ask more about the procedure been asked to do on the same day. I didn’t feel comfortable at all n telling myself that she’s not the right doctor for me as this should not be the way for a doctor to handle a frightening n worrying patient on her sickness. That is where I told the counter that I need time to consider for the procedure , and they gave me tat kind of “ oh, so u can’t afford the cost “ look. I dun know how skilful the doctor is, but believe all mums to be or women that need gynaecologist service would need a sympathy doctor that can make them comfortable throughout the journey at least.
J	JY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chia is judgemental and incompetent. Refused to listen to my full explanation and got impatient and ignored my concerned. Also asked intrusive and judgemental questions. She FAILED to address my issue at the end so I wasted my time and money going to her.
A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope more efforts and apologies at reception were made before I filed complaints on google reviews as I was initially grateful for the ops but lost part of my trust during the process. Service has a lot of room to improve. Nurses and admin at reception have harsh or indifferent attitude to patient. For example, when I required (verbal and email) to have one missing lab results, they could have just mentioned I will have all reports in one file later so I won’t keep to ask as I myself don’t have much inpatient experience ; when I asked side effects, one just typed her own stuff, say one of those effects, and you asked if there’s the only one? They gave you one more. They said I SHOULD consult to doctor, but should doctor told me that first? I don’t understand why some of receptionists or the clinic could be so arrogant as they are paid (a lot) to answer questions. This process looks very strange to me. Even when I suggested at the reception that they can have more empathy, what they did was just pushing back. As a private clinic, one patient may be just a small fish to them, but as a patient, a good doctor and an assuring clinic means a lot.
