Was recommended this company and went ahead as it was a last minute event and I didn't really want to put in the time or effort to consider my options. Deco is decent no doubt. But not very value for money as they're quite expensive: 1) came 45min to 1h earlier than agreed for tear down, which means we had less time for photos (they didn't even ask, just texted saying we're early and coming up now) - did not even tear down completely some things left behind. 2) required our help to position, had to specifically tell them to put arch in the centre and not to the side. 3)we paid extra for fresh flowers but during set-up flowers were already browning and drying/dying. 4) not proactive in providing options, only realised they had other backdrops/signs when I asked about something else. 5) said I didn't need table deco because I wanted to do my own but they still included it in the price and brought theirs anyway. 6) (this one is not a deal breaker but I'll include it cos it shows inflexibility) refused to take back extra items when we said we didn't need it - it's fine not to refund but why insist on keeping it at venue? 7) (this is also not really a deal breaker but including it just for completeness) paid $500 for staff to set up but actually one of them is the boss's mother just sitting around to watch over.

Very prompt replies and was able to customise and plan the fairy light setups at our event location very well. Actual setup on the day itself was very pretty and on all on schedule, tear down of props was also smooth .

Has affordable pricing for proposal props that looks amazingly pretty. Staffs were super friendly offering advises on how to decorate the place myself. They even helped with my last minute request.

Really thankful that I got Dreamscaper.sg to assist in my surprise proposal! They were very efficient from the get-go, in communication & prompt set up on the day itself, not to mention affordable too. Everything was well managed & I had to not worry about the execution on the day itself. I was really impressed that due to the wet weather, the team had to tear down & re-set up the props in order for my surprise to go smoothly! Kudos to the team for accommodating this & going above and beyond on the day itself! :)

Speedy response for collection & return arrangements as well as deposit refund. All items were checked prior packing and I was informed of the faulty ones. Best packing skills I had ever come across! Nicely wrapped, boxed and jigsaw-ed perfectly into 2 cartons & 1 bag. Truly appreciate the meticulous and efficient job.

I rent the props 1 week before my proposal. Hassle free and very friendly staffs! Gave me a few suggestion on how to set up. Very affordable compare to other vendors and super easy to setup. They have a huge range of props to rent from. Highly recommend!

Smooth, Pleasant and Friendly. This summarises the experience i had with Dreamscaper. They will always be sure to give you the answers to your problems. Even though there was a slight hiccup in the furnitures of the room, they are quick to adapt and suggest you the best setup possible. Thank you Shun Ling and Xin yan for the beautiful setup. My fiancée likes it a lot.

Dreamscaper.sg has put magics into my proposal! I love easy it was to rent the props via their website. When I reached their office, they even gives suggestions and allow me to pick up a few more items to make my proposal even more atmospheric. Highly recommended. I collected the props the next day I placed my order (super lucky), but It is advised to book it at least a few weeks in advance. + Quite affordable + Online booking system + Wide selection of beautiful lights and props + Friendly and helpful staffs (thanks Xinyan) - Office maybe a little bit out of the way for self collect, but there’s the transport and setup option
