I rarely gave negative review but I am utmost disappointed by DreamWeavers. Wedding is a joyous occasion but I didnt expect to have such a bad experience. I was introduced to DreamWeavers by Mandarin Oriental Hotel as a vendor to help with the wedding stationery. I was contacted and handled by Joycelyn Teh. I was late to the appointment by 15 minutes and did give them a call to inform since I was stuck in a work meeting. When we were there, they showed very little effort to introduce us other types of wedding cards invitation. They just showed us the standard design option for Mandarin Oriental. When I mentioned I wanted to do something customised such as laser cuts and so on, they showed very little interest to show me other designs. I needed to stand up and browse the rack on my own. When I asked about the process of customising, again no answers were given. When I asked about customising the wedding wishes board, again it cannot be done. I felt they were really not keen to answer our questions and understand our needs. I understand we were late and they might have other customers in line, but trust me, the whole session was less than 15 minutes. I have been to so many hotel's wedding meeting, we can finish all the presentation, Q&A within 30 minutes. So I doubt that timing is an issue here. I am really surprised at the professionalism level of Dreamweavers, given the fact that they work with many renowned hotels. So for bride--to-be, just skip them. Even though you pay abit more for other service providers, at least they are keen to understand about your needs and willing to work out a solution for you.

Was linked up with Dreamweavers by my hotel - Parkroyal at Pickering and I’m really disappointed with Dreamweavers services. In the early stage of deciding the wedding invitation cards, our consultant Joycelyn told us that there will be an additional $30 charge if we were to purchase the e-copy invites as well. We were OK with this and decided to purchase it only to be told that the 30$ one is actually a PLAIN design with just wordings (this can be easily done via a word doc). If we were to go with a designed version, the extra charges would be $80 instead. We found this really ridiculous as they could just send us the artwork that was done for our physical invite (which we paid separately for as well) but they refused and left us no choice but to go for the $80 ecopy if we wanted a digital one. To all upcoming brides, I highly recommend you NOT to go with Dreamweavers unless you are fine with spending more unnecessary and absurd costs.

We had our wedding at JW Marriott Hotel and I'm so glad to have dreamweavers for our wedding door gifts all are so customized and cute pieces that all the items was cleared & bought home by our guests! Their team are professional and great!

My banquet was cancelled due to the covid restrictions, the hotel told me I have to paid for the door gift(honey) because the vendor has already ordered the items. To be honest, the item can be kept for a period of time for another wedding couple who ordered the same item. I did not argue much but agreed to pay this amount to the hotel. Reached out to Faith a couple of time to check when I'm able to collect the item but no response. Emailed to their enquiry email address also no reply. Really disappointed with professionalism. They were quite responsive in their replies when I was liasing with them on my wedding cards. When comes to arranging the wedding gift, they did not provide me any visuals via email and expect me to make a choice. The only time I get to see the wedding gift choices is when I went down to collect my wedding cards (2 weeks before my actual day). Will not recommend their service.

Jinghui was a great help to us from choosing of favours, wedding cards etc. She was patient and professional during the whole process. Will recommend Dream Weavers if you’re looking for wedding related stuff ??

Extremely poor experience but had to come here due to arrangement with wedding hotel. 1) card designs are outdated and looks like from google template 2) poor professionalism by the staff. They sent me another couple’s template to check if my details are correct. I think its quite basic to at least check who is your recipient. 3) reached out via whatsapp and email but got no response for almost 2 weeks. Would recommend to avoid this place unless you are a wedding couple looking for panic and anxiety prior to your wedding

Calyn has been really responsive and catered to our needs and wants. We have enjoyed every moment dealing with Dreamweavers. Quality designs with quality product for our wedding was a must and Dreamweavers didn’t disappoint. Will definitely recommend our friends and family to use their designs, artwork and products.
