My credit balance always go missing and staff claim my info doesn't match their records. I had to leave without having my hair done today. I have used my package 4 times already and always have to worry if my balance is properly recorded. Integrity in handling customer's monetary records is something this company should look into seriously and handle with care.

Unreasonable price just for a haircut. ( $28) . Not to forget that for $28 , the haircut was not even aligned. There's still parts that was longer than the other, some was shorter. First and last. Never coming back again.

Very poor service dont let customers queuing outside the shop to know what to expect. Worst still special privilege was given to a female customer who just walked in and served immediately. Was there reservation or VVIP for special customers?

Rather pay more than wait in line just to get a simple hair cut. Went on sat, 1:20pm. Was told the queue for normal cut was 3pax. Decided to wait, after more than 1 hour. Still waiting. Pointless. Agreed that they will push for you to top up membership. Sorry just can't wait to finish the membership and not coming back.

Good value if you want a quick hair coloring and treatment . Staff is friendly and no hard selling .

Speechless- Poor Customer Service at Toa Payoh Outlet, waiting my turn for hair cut, end up telling me MUST wash hair before hair cut because my hair got some wax (very little amount of wax only), I experience wash hair service before,not worth at all. I have been cut hair with other ecoin outlet more than 6 yrs (Boon Keng and Bugis outlet), more professional.But not Toa Payoh outlet...

I have been a regular customer of theirs for 6 years since 2016. All I could say for this outlet was: 1.) Waited for close to 30 mins for one simple haircut > Staff didn't owe customers an apology for poor time management 2.) $5 during weekdays with sub-par work quality where they get distracted by fellow colleagues easily 3.) Work area is in a mess and unprepped for the next customer 4.) No staff present there to update customer on average waiting time > Time is money for business 5.) Mediocre haircut quality with high price 6.) Staff literally lookdown on customers in terns of finanical background ( Outlet was filled with elder age and Chinese-national customers) > Completely zero respect for customers ! - These type of outlets shouldn't even be operating in SG with extremely incompetent customer service and attitude ! - If I was the owner of this franchise, I would have fired those incompetent and rude brats a long time ago.

Extremely poor customer service. Waited outside for an hour for a relatively short queue. No warning that it’ll be a long wait. Finally went inside and sat down. Waited more than an hour with few customers same as me, there for haircut but left waiting. Staff there did not pre empt is on the waiting time. Ignored us and instead focused on customers paying more for coloring, treatment etc. when confronted on waiting time, their response was “its like that. If cannot wait then come back next time”. Please do not sign their membership, you’ll be forced to suffer this kind of service. Literally every single time I went I had to wait for more than 30 minutes regardless the queue. Because they’re focused on entertaining the big spender. And their hair cuts are always acceptable at best. Cant wait to max out my credit and boycott them. Update : gave up on them. Please consider walking 2 minutes down the lane to “Scissor and comb”. Good customer service, hair cut above average. Strongly recommended compared to this joke of a salon.
