★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used FAVE app voucher to try it out. Came in and already felt so welcome. The place is so clean, from the receptionist area to the toilet and showers. Its very well taken care of. Staffs are really friendly. Jacklyn served me (not quite sure how her name is spelt, sorry!) But she was really nice, she explained more about the hotbed therapy as well as the packages available, never forced anything no hardselling or whatsoever. Hotbed therapy itself is very relaxing, therapeutic. Wish i had a longer time, didnt feel like coming out of there hehe. Towels and yukata provided, the yukata is so comfortable. I would definitely come again.
