My encounter at the hougang green branch was really bad. I visited them early Jan to search for a fresh maid to start work end Feb, they declined and asked me to come back in Feb. so I did yesterday. And When I asked them to recommend me fresh maids from Myanmar, the guy who attended to me asked me to do the selection on their website myself. And I spent the next 5 mins in the office, filtering those I was interested in. While I picked 4-5 candidates for the guy to help arrange the interviews, there’s this lady with brown long hair and tanned complexion interrupted our conversation and said they were mostly taken. I only had one interview with a candidate and left. What really disgust me was, they actually lied about the status of employment for at least one of the maids that I had selected. I chanced upon the same maid in another agency and was told that this maid was still available for hire. She allowed me to do my interview despite it was about to close for the day and went through a thorough the interview session with me by asking detailed questions before sharing her comments and recommendations. The interview took us about 30-40mins. Utimately, I was satisfied with the process and the candidate and I went on to sign for this maid whom I could have signed with EPone. The standards between the agencies were too far apart. And EPone is definitely not an agent i can trust based on my bad encounter. My advice is, please spend time to do your search, do not limit only one agency esp. EPOne when u need to hire your ideal helper.

Horrible! The agent was only interested to push me to transfer the money to them without allowing me to read the contracts first. I don't even know what I'm paying for?? There was also a discrepancy between the agent's words vs. the FDW. The FDW informed me that the agent confiscated her mobile phone and all her cash while she was at the agency, and the agent told me that the mobile phone was always with the FDW. I only found out about this when the FDW (I subsequently hired her) explained to me that her family was not able to find her for more than a week (she just arrived in SG to work) as she no longer had her mobile phone. This agency cannot be trusted at all.

Employers out there, as you are here to check on the reviews I would like to advise that you should think twice. We really had our unpleasant encountered with this agency. I suppose probably the staff are working on commission basis but even if it is they should not be that irresponsible after customer has selected a helper and paid up the package fee. I have not filtered out whether did the staff tell lies but there were important information that were being covered up instead of keeping the employed informed, and they act fast on their strategy (or used tactics? I am really not sure, only the staff know very well) to close or secure the entire deal before the employer found out the truth. Their only drive, focus is on money that has made us see no morals! The company should look into this and render proper training to the team if they do not want their shop name to be tarnished further, unless this is the way they make business then it is the employer’s luck if one still engage their service after checking the reviews here.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Wait, what service? The only service is in pushing paper to you to sign and then everything else you gotta do yourself, INCLUDING booking of entry permit, SHN stay, transport, and worse of all, they confirm maid with me when her country is in the banned list. DO NOT EVER COME HERE.

Agents have superbly poor attitude, and maids hired from them aren't trained at all highly don't recommend feels lucky not to be the one hiring the maid borrowing from unlicensed moneylenders!! Stuffs are very pushy to get you to sign the contract. Don't we need to think when we are hiring a maid?!

Hire FDW from here at own risk. I feel that agent is pushy and not honest. Hired a maid but she borrowed money from unlicensed money lenders and gave our personal details,end up disrupting our lives. Maid was also very very dishonest and lied about a lot of things. Told agent that we want to send the maid back to own country but somehow the agent managed to get the maid rehired.

I would just say to deal with them at your own risk. Had a very bad experience with their helper (who is still listed btw) and also the agent herself.

Not recommended at all. Twice and realised it’s their consistent trademark to do things slowly by giving numerous excuses to process applications.
