I had bad experience at their NEX branch by a tall stylish drama mama action packed salesman. I tried by luck to visit the another branch of theirs - I always believe in second chance as service may be inconsistent depending on the sales person who attended to you .
To my horror , I saw the same salesman over at this branch and I tried to avoid him. I went into their retail shop at the far corner and was greeted by this gentleman w somewhat spiky hair styling . Alas, he is not where better , my specs are not even ready after 3 weeks and the shop look puzzled when I ask for the status . Curse my luck.
