I buy cheap mineral water here. Eat at cantine and drink the cheap water outside. Drinks in cantine is overpriced. $1.70 for bottled water. $0.40 from Unfair Pricey. $1.30 can get an apple pie or macdonalds ice freak.

We visit a couple times a week and food prices are good. The only problem is their fruit always seems to be less then fresh. Multiple times we had to return one or more pieces as the person packing the fruit is always trying to hide one bad or fungus covered fruit at the bottom or under the tickets/labels. Really wish they would stop trying to sell bad fruits as we no longer buy from them and recommend always taking the train to Northpoint Cold Storage for your fruit needs. NTUCs vegetables are perfectly acceptable just not their fruit.

NTUC is always my favourite supermarket!! They have a small supermarket open up at Canberra plaza and good enough for nearby residents

Experience bad. I couldn't find any of my wanted products so I approached to a lady in her 40s-50s. I asked her nicely and asked her about the product with picture shown. She did not know what product was it so she asked. I replied her that it was a type of biscuit. And she replied said:" oh i don't know leh. I'm not from the biscuit section " In chinese. Which was kind of rude to me. Don't fairprice have those scanners or computers to check whether is there any product available or usually go to the section and check for us?! All she did was oh, idk leh. I had to search around the store to see if anyone could help but there's isnt any. So disappointed! After around 10-15mins, I found another staff. She was in her 20s. I didn't see her name clearly but she was Ms lee ( ) Lin. Sorry if I sounded rude. Anyways. She helped me with my problem. She went two sections for two different products. Even though at the end, she couldn't find it. But her approach is way too different from the old auntie approach. She also recommended to go to a bigger store. Please praise her and allow her to set as an example for other staff working there so that customers like us can have a better experience there.

Good enough to get most of yr needs. The fresh veg and fruits always run out. I think the population in Canberra needs a larger supply and variety of fresh fruits and produce. No choice we have to go to Sheng Shiong AND NTUC to get our veg and fruits.

Excellent good enough to get your essentials stocks of vegetables n frozen cut meats. Less crowded very spacious to shop.

If you’re looking for a wider range of products and brands, this NTUC FairPrice outlet might not be the best for you. Nonetheless, it provides sufficient quality products for the neighbourhood in Canberra. Fresh vegetables, meat, frozen foods, seafood and many more. They also have OCBC and DBS/POSB atms inside if you require simple banking facility. Good point is that it’s the same level as carpark so after groceries, you can simply walk to ya lot and load up your stuffs.

I drop by at least once a week because their selection is pretty okay, in the sense that most necessities are there. Go earlier in the day if you want the freshest veggies and fruit. The staff at self-service check out counters are friendly and extremely helpful
