The short hair lady staff was very rude and impatient like want to have a fight. Never go again.

It was an extremely bad experience with their short hair rude lady staff.Very rude and we were just inform her about the ticket stuck issue.I will not recommend to go.The place is no problem just the rude staff issue.

The place is good and the staff is also nice except one short hair lady staff is very rude and just ruin our happy moment.I will not go again until the staff gone.

The lady staff was ruin our happy moment. So rude! If you want to have fight and please go outside. Please do not ruin the happy moment.

The lady Staff attitude is very rude. She only talking to guy customer only. When I ask question the lady staff she ignore me and continue chit chat to another guy customer. after I inform her ticket is stuck she call me you should be wait with very rude tune. The place is very nice. The stuff for redeem got many different selection, toys, figure, electronic, Gaming keyboard, candy, drinks...And this arcade can do a pre-order, compare to other arcade Centre is more better.

The female staff there was very rude. I was just trying to play the claw machine with figure boxes for fun (not the luck kind of machines). Since I only tried the game a few times, I’m very trash and could not get any prizes. I knew that I needed skill for this game so I wanted to try another machine. However I heard the female staff say many rude things that you wouldn’t like to hear. She told another old man,”这个人都没有技术还打这台”. She also said to the old man that people like me are too unskilled to play this kind of machine. She also said that I’m wasting my money because I couldn’t win. The old man also said while laughing quietly .For casual or beginner players, normally we play for fun not mostly win prizes .Yes, I know that my skills are not enough but that’s still not a nice thing to say.If you are a 5 star staff, you would try to encourage me or try to give me tips. You wouldn’t say rude things behind my back :(.U would not like to come to this place unless you are’ Talented’ or VERY skilled at this kind of machines. 1/5 I would come again. 1/5 staff . Please get some better staff like the men who helped me e change money. Thank you. The lady wears a cap to prevent being recognised
