★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second on the previous reviews, if there is zero star option, I would give them zero to match the service they provide. Too many bad experiences that I simply don’t know where to begin. One can buy more than one voucher each day without any issue, however unable to cancel more than one by app directly which apparently is set on purpose to make people forget and cheat money. Extremely horrible customer service experiences. Apparently you need to show your IC to the store but cannot use Singpass according to FAVE LAW. They did nothing else but to waste your time and money and make you angry though that is the opposite of your intention for any purchase I believe. BTW they should not take my IC in the first place by law.
Anyway, I’m glad that there is other company in the market providing similar services so silver lining is we are not stuck with this company provides such lousy service and try every way to bully customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally understand why they are not doing well. With all the vouchers-selling competitors coming up (eg shopee, shopback), I don't see the point in using fave anymore. App is getting worse than before, deals are not attractive anymore, and today I discovered that customer support is not helpful at all!
On 19Jan night, my hands/mouth were itchy and I went to look at fave deals. One of it caught my attention so I bought it, thinking to use it at a future date. Today is 11Feb, it's been less than a month and to my surprise the voucher is expired!!
Upon chatting with customer service (Andre), he simply tells me that it's my fault for not checking the "fine prints" and that validity dates are stated on the email receipt. I usually don't check these because I trust that fave platform don't sell vouchers that are expiring soon! How can you sell vouchers that has expiry of less than 1 month??!! And all Andre said is that vouchers are forfeited once it is expired.
I believe somewhere in the law states that vouchers sold should have a minimum reasonable validity. But I'm too lazy to deal with another fave support already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent support from Effy with Fave’s customer service team. Her email replies were prompt and sent within minutes of my sending. She read my issues clearly and responded to each matter specifically. Her attention to detail and clear solutions solved everything easily leaving a very satisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave a zero star, I would do it in a heartbeat.
Worst customer service! Their service representative was not helpful in working out alternative for my voucher issue. Only gave answers that's read out of the script. What's the point of sending a reminder that the voucher will expire, but the customer is unable to use the voucher because of a blackout period. I will not recommend Fave to anyone at all. Money-grubbers who only state conditions to their own benefits and not considering customers predicaments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service representative appears to have been trained to argue with a condescending tone and ultimately provide no help, rather than offer any solution. Stated validity on voucher is until 19 Jan but fine print state no longer can redeem from 2 weeks before that. I can’t help but feel there is an element of misleading customers intentionally, as echoed by other reviewers. Won’t be using this platform again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I clicked redemption of a deal at a wrong outlet. The outlet was unable to accede to my redemption. Wrote to Fave and matter was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I have found Fave to be fair and helpful in resolving unexpected issues that sometimes arise. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fave double charged my card for $180.47 and its been close to 2 weeks or so I have yet to receive my refund. The customer service via chat told me 5-7 working days then the other customer service sent me an email told me it will take 7-14days
They take your money so quickly but when they return, it will take like forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to pay via Favepay at their respective merchants, Customer service is responsive- replies quickly to any queries. The only setback is that, often times, the promotion codes given through email newsletters may not always work with non participating merchants. And the codes don’t automatically apply during checkout even after you’ve saved them. So I manually write them down separately on which to refer to. Fave should further strive to work with a wider variety of merchants. Waiting for your good news
