I have been a Faythful follower since CatWalkClose days. ? I couldn’t resist giving you anything lesser than 5 stars, and would give more than 5 if I could, because this page reeks of self-entitlement. Love your culottes especially, and the trumpet-styled skirts are also a personal favourite of mine. With many online stores now charging an exorbitant amount for fast fashion, I find that Fayth stays true to their own personal style and in making basics look good and feel good. If there’s anything I can pick on... Tall people would like to wear your dresses as well. Make them slightly longer, please!

*Thanks for the response Fayth, but I will continue to leave my comment here as it did took until June 26th (2+ months) for this issue to settle and I wasn't exactly compensated for my time and frustration just the refund on items I never received so that's very reasonable. I think other customers have the right to know about your international shipping service* --------- I hardly complain about any shops/service as I think everyone deserves a second chance or I just need to be more patient, but I think 1.5 month of waiting is good enough... Last month, April 11th, to be exact, I ordered 3 items from Fayth online store and until today (May 22nd) the items have still not arrived - international order and I even paid for shipping myself (I'm so thankful I didn't pay for express or I might be puking blood right now) . I thought their site looks pretty reputable, so I just went ahead with the purchase. I've reached out to their customer service and they said the package has arrived in Canada, but when I check Canada Post it says it hasn't so pretty much I'm like a hot potato being thrown around by these two. Fayth asked me to wait a bit longer so I did... and now I can't even dispute the items on my credit card because it's been over 30 days (credit card policy). I'll NEVER buy from them again, and will try to warn others too...

Very poor service. Note that when buying from website some measurements/cloth thickness aren't clearly advertised, and super sticky about refund/exchanges if sale item. Very policy driven and "by the book" method, only email is possible and no calls even if requested and no human touch. It's a pity, as some clothes are not bad.

I used to purchase items from Fayth. However, their clothes quality has dropped a lot. It is no longer worth the price tag. For example: Their white dress used to have a thicker and better quality. Nowadays, it is transparent. I could have buy the same quality of dress in Shopee than Fayth.
