★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service by the staff is prompt. The place has tools on the wall for residents to borrow in case they need to do defect checking and they happen to forget to buy for themselves. Defect reporting is quite a hassle-free process with them, they send someone to inspect with us and let us know once the things have been rectified. These took place while we were at work, so do ensure you have a number lock on your home to facilitate the workers to enter and exit for defect rectification. This office will eventually convert for use by the Residents' Committee.
