Pros and cons of being a tenant Pros: -Walking distance to Kallang MRT (green line), Bendemeer MRT (blue line) and Boon Keng MRT (purple line) Cons: -Management had kicked out all tenants at level 6 without offering any compensation / reason -Frequent theft of items that are left at the ground floor (loading bay) -Leaking roof and the fake ceiling tiles do collapse into the unit every while and then -Fire alarms going off randomly due to lack of maintenance -Multiple raids by JTC

Pros -Located close to Kallang MRT (green line), Bendemeer MRT (blue line) and Boon Keng MRT (purple line) -Great food options in the area e.g. Aperia Mall -Sufficient amenities e.g. queuing for washroom is not required as the building occupancy rate is approaching <50% due to tenants leaving -Generous management that provides 1 week grace period for tenants to move out if the management agree to not renew their contracts (sometimes the decision can be made 1 week before the contract ends) -Great opportunity to experience getting raided by the Singapore government as JTC do raid the building frequently and all tenants are required to be on standby in their units during the raid -Ugly cleaners which serve as a daily reminder for tenants to look after their health and not stress themselves too much Cons -Management / sales team had misrepresented the terms and conditions of the building (the building is supposed to be used mainly for warehousing with a minimum of 80% storage) - Tenants who were misled into signing the contract were not compensated for their renovation cost -Frequent theft cases of items being placed at the loading bay and the management is unwilling to check the CCTV footage until a police report is made -Unprofessional management team who calls and threatens their tenants (instead of emailing) and delayed the release government subsidies to its tenants during the lock down period
