A bit old but maintained quite well.
Limited parking around the area with no free parking, parking attendant do the rounds diligently so do watch out...

โ โ โ โ โ The building is close to the Jalan Besar Sports Stadium. It has a popular function hall on the second floor with space for almost 40 Chinese style 10 - seater dining tables. Parking is non-existent though, with their basement carpark reserved for members only.

โ โ โ โ โ Two of my best friends rented this place for their wedding affair. The place is very big and with air-conditioned - it's soo much convenient and comfortable!

โ โ โ โ โ An relatively old building, a popular place for hosting dining n celebration events n singing competition. But a good 10 mins walk from MRT station. Enough parking space nearby te swmming pool-stadium.

โ โ โ โ โ Common place to host events. Usually come here for celebratory dinner with different associations. Wheelchair accessible but carpark is very hard to find. Toilet is not very well maintain. Air-conditioned in the event area.
