β β β β β Two to three weeks to repair an Xbox controller...no way to know when the technician will call , no idea of how much the repair will cost....this place is a black hole. Please avoid repairs with Game Martz.

β β β β β This is where I got my Switch Smash Bros edition from. Have a lot of special edition Switch consoles. Some may say that staff were terrible, but from my experience they were relatively okay for game stores and spoke very politely. That's my experience at least

β β β β β Shout out to the staff in GameMartz Funan! Had a pleasant experience in purchasing PS5 with them. Staff are patient and friendly in explaining every details of the pre-order process, knowing that it is cumbersome (intentionally) to prevent scam and fraud. Collection was a breeze and they ensured in giving sufficient advices and warnings on how to properly carry the package home.

Want to ask if can pre-order PS5. But the male staff was so arrogant, such poor service! Worst service I received ever!
Will never step in again if I see the same staff in the store :(
