Early December 2021 we walked into Gemini office at Tekka. The shop was closed for lunch and we waited and went back an hour later. The staff an indian lady told us off because we didnt make an appointment with them. I understood its not her fault but we asked if we could order wedding cards. She asked us when is the wrdding I said end of Feb 2022, immedtately she flared at us why come so late U should have come earlier. THAT LADY WAS TOO RUDE TO BE EVEN HUMAN. How long does an established priner take to print 300 pieces of wedding card? We were already more than a month ahead. I was lucky not to have stayed on and gave them the business because I wont know how else will they behave if I have paid. Thankfully we went to a different printers who were so friendly and they took only one week to design vett and confirm printing and promised to deliver by second week of Jan 2022. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN GO TO GEMINI especially the chubby indian lady. Her service and attitude is horrible.

I got my wedding card printed here. Due to covid, we didn't print a huge quantity and thought of coming back if needed. Initially, the staff and the boss told us that we will get more discount if we were going to print more. But our card was already too expensive which was $7 per wedding card. So we told them that we will get back to them if we need more. After some time, we went back to them to get more cards, and this time round, they charged us "$12" per card for the same card. Because the figure was lesser than the 1st time we bought from them, they charged us this much? Isn't it ridiculous? Isn't we supposed to get those cards in a lesser price since we are getting more cards from them again? Pandemic is really making couples worried about planning their wedding with last minute changes and protocols. Why can't they be more mindful with their customers? So basically, their cards are expensive than expected.

Ordered business cards from them, and great print and card quality! Customer service is very prompt as well. Will be repurchasing from them again!
