Great app and their cars are everywhere! Their brand decal looks nice on their cars and I can immediately identify a GetGo car when I see them on the road. I love the fact that I can start driving almost immediately after signing up. What's more, I do not have to pay subscription fees and deposit! Good for users who need a car on an ad hoc basis and not be tied down to 1 particular service provider!

Great car-sharing service that solves all the other issues from other providers in Singapore! Affordable, convenient, and easy to use. I also have great admiration for the team at GetGo, that is constantly working towards putting their customers first. Highly recommended! :-) Psst, also if you refuel cars that are at 1/4, you get a promo code!

I like the convenience of having at least one car near the carpark within walking distance near my place. Most of the car available are big and spacious which is best fit for big family of 6 like mine. The app use for car booking is user friendly. Of course not everything is perfect. There are still rooms for improvement in areas like connection of car with app may sometime seems not responsive. The exterior and interior of cars at times maybe dirty. Wonder if there is regular maintenance or cleaning of the cars? Topping up of fuel should be done at least 1/2 the tank and not limit to remaining 1/4 tank. It could be quite stress when one have urgent errand to run but noticed there is only 1/4 tank left when retrieving the car. Overall the experience of using GetGo car is still satisfactory. Please keep up the standard. Thank you.

Car failed to unlocked. Reported to help centre. Rebooted the system and still unable to unlock. Got full refund and no other solution from GetGo. Really disappointed with the service given. Wasted 30mins to reboot the system before was told the mechanism to unlock the car is faulty. Refund took 2-3working days. And my plans was ruined! Low standard of mechanism and services given. It is something that the customer service should be proactive in solving issues not following the standard protocol. If at this urgency, she cannot deal and be responsible due to their fault then there is no difference in a good way of carsharing. The customer service is not top notch. PH for humans but seems like the car on holiday mode too. Really good to make money. Wow

Good Choice Using GetGo. Very easy to connect to the GetGo app. Reasonable price for peak and nonpeak hrs. Variety of the size available. Fuel Card also available so no worries reimbursement. My children enjoy it a lot.

Creating an account was fast and simple since there's no need for any deposit and you can sign up using MyInfo. There are a lot of cars in my area now and I can try driving 4 or 5 different models. My go-to is this Mazda 3, solid 10/10 drive and usually in mint condition - the sports mode makes it feel like a Ferrari but maybe I'm dreaming

Agree its convenient and spacious cars. But the car i got was dirty, filty, dusty and i rented it for 6 hours!!! Super disgusting and isnt it a basic thing to keep cars clean for rentals? Obviously it has not been clean for more than a month! There is even a big cockroach carcass under the mat. Told the service center about this, no apologies from them or to provide a discount out of courtesy. Car rental companies should really do a better job. Grab and comfort is so much cleaner. Clealiness is super important, not just earning profits

To sum up my experiences: - Cars are often extremely dirty, bird droppings on the outside and rubbish in the inside. The inner decorations are often sticky, which makes me feel unsafe. - There is once we found our booked car to be damaged before booking (see pictures). We immediately contacted GetGo via chat, and the customer service personnel asked us to check the inside of the car, which we immediately refused (is this really appropriate?! If we unlock the car, who knows you will end up blaming us or not). The customer service then asked us to take lots of pictures, and offered a half-hearted apology. No alternative car was made available and our plans for the day was basically laid to waste.
