It is too small for supermarket. Hope they can expand and reorganised space planning. Like to shop due to its convenience and 24 hours. But only 2 counters are opened and the queue can be very long.

Need to check the expiry date of Bobo fuzhou meat balls when buying. Expiry date 29/2/2020 still on the shelves on 15 Match 2020. .Only realised taste wierd when I ate it on same date.

Wide display of goods. However, the entrance if the supermarket is a narrow passageway not condusive to elderlies, baby prams & wheelchairs.

UPDATED REVIEW: It got way more spacious thanks to social distancing measures put in place due to the pandemic. Their fridge also got better after seeing people working on it when it expectedly broke down. Overall it's about equal to the nearby Sheng Siong and worst than the nearby NTUC in terms of cleanliness. As for products they stock, it is still dwarfed by both of the nearby supermarkets because of shop spacing. Bought milk there recently and it wasn't spoilt, so that's an improvement. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Be careful of their on sale items, especially milk or milk related product. I don't know how they store their items but having patronized this store for 5 years, I have gave them enough chance. I have exchange items with them multiple times because their milk spoilt before the bloody expiry date, that is completely unacceptable. Especially be careful of their milk, their fridge is not cold enough and most of the milk barely feel cold. I have changed way too many times to patronize them again, there's NTUC and Sheng Siong opposite so you can go there instead.

It was a very brief stopover and I liked the spaciousness of the passage way in the store. They played a nice oldie over the PA system. Might have picked up some groceries if the waiting time to buy them was shorter. The authority could work on the area leading to the store. There's room for improvement in the access way that leads to the store before people mount those steps.

Please update your price information Today I go qiant need to buy apple, price is writing about apple 5for 2.50 never write cannot mix green and red apple. Then go to cashier pay money , the cashier aunty talk not nice for me about apple mix will charge more money ,actually if she talk nicely with me, i will pay the money but not.... There was something wrong with the self checkout system while I tried to pay with my credit card. Asked for help from one of the staff and she was plain rude. She just kept giving me useless comments such as “You have to wait lor” , “You don’t want to wait then double charge you not my problem”. I stood there more than a minute while the rest of the customers at other counters have already paid and left. Advice to Giant - please don’t put boomers with no knowledge with your self checkout system at this station. Thanks.

Very convenient. Located inside Khatib MRT station. Only drawback is the "Crampy" feel of the place. Trying to squeeze a very wide variaties products in. Good to squeeze when CNY is around the corner.
