I also asked them what will they offer me, but there was this person who was being so rude to me, saying that 'just for twenty over dollars, I was badgering and demanding like a spoilt brat'. This person didn't even apologize! This is undoubtedly a poor customer service!

Skeptical at first when i came across the website. Did a small item purchase at around 0100hrs.
Went to bed and kinda forgotten abt it. Receive a call in late afternoon to inform i got parcel, only to realise it was what i purchase.
Delivery is very fast despite me not entitled to same day delivery as i did not spend over $150.
Most impt, a seller who have brain and common sense.
Parcel was properly and discreetly packed.
1yr into the purchase, quality of the product still like newly purchase despiting heavy usage during Circuit Breaker Period.
Will surely check back to see what's new to further spice up the bedroom scene.
