β β β β β Disappointing experience, with little to no credibility. Arranged to come return my curtains on Tuesday, had to reschedule because Ireneβs guys put it in a luggage and I needed it packed as I was going through renovation.
I asked Irene if she was going to then return on Wed, no reply after several messages and calls. Finally she replied to me on Thu to apologise and that they are very busy and she will come personally on Fri 2-3pm to return them. I waited until Friday night, no messages no curtains. I followed up, no reply. Today is Sat, I believe if a cleaning company has no credibility then you canβt really trust their quality of work/service as well. My two cents worth.

β β β β β Prompt in picking up curtains to be dry cleaned. After which I paid promtly too by PayNow. After that they kept missing appointments and don't response. Tomorrow is the day that Tenant moving in and curtains not up yet! I'm anxious as hell! She's not responding to call or messages! Totally irresponsible! I wish i had looked up about them before using them! Please avoid!
