★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small theater but the seats are really nice and the food is cheap but unfortunately, some patrons are very loud and rude. It would be nice if there was a staff inside to stop these guest from ruining the movie going experience for the others, especially since it's one of the first few times we could go and watch movies since the Pandemic started.
Staff are very nice and helpful and the prices are good, choices of movie going snacks are standard as usual, nothing special there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here yesterday. Not bad but I find the aircon abit too cold. But conveniently located with alot of places for food! Good place to spend the weekend!
One star missing because I signed up for the golden village membership but could not use the discount on the day of signup. Boohooo~~~~ :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrifying. The screen and projector wasn't even properly formatted, a solid 1/6 of the film was below the screen. It was extremely annoying to watch. I was very uninterested at such an experience. Would never go back to Bishan. Disappointing from GV

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought e voucher tickets from Fave and then ask for advise from GV if can use it in past 4 weeks. The counter told me that I only can use for those movie that release for 2 weeks at the point of time I was about to use it to purchase for new release movie and that time I left out buy normal ticket at the counter and left these vouchers and having the expiry till beginning of July this year. Luckily there is another movie recently. Therefore I try my luck if able to use it via online booking. Surprisingly it works.
Dear Management of GV, please have your employee trained and not advise wrongly to customer. This one star is for you, another 1 star is I believe GV will show improvement in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinema on the top floor of Junction 8.
Sells snacks and popcorn at the same area that you buy tickets.
Present the tickets you bought from the counter or online to enter the hall showing that movie that you want to watch. You can also buy their tickets online via their website, but note that there are booking fees of about $1.5.
The toilet is just right on the right of the entrance, where you show your tickets. Extremely important location to visit before starting the movie unless you have good bladder control.
Yes you can go to the washroom during the movie, but not nearing the end of the movie. They don't want you to exit and rewatch other movies. (Don't be such a cheapskate).
Not that not halls have the same size of seating throughout Singapore. Screens should generally be the same across.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this cinema today to try out their D-Box format for the newly released movie Doctor Strange. I absolutely loved it, no doubt about that. The seat vibrated according to the script and unlike other cinemas in Singapore, the air conditioning was just right, so I did not even had to put on my jacket!
