D	Daphanie Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: clean, comfy cinema. Sound was great, seats were large, new, and angled with a good amount of legroom. The bad: it’s a pity the cinema was waaaay too bright. There was too much ambient light and it’s like they forgot to dim the footlights along the aisle. When I go to the cinema I want to lose myself for a couple of hours in a darkened, air-conditioned womb. The ugly: the other patrons. People kept sniggering and whispering. One dude answered his phone in the middle of the movie. Not the fault of the cinema of course.

I went to hall 1 for a movie and this smaller hall (only up to row F) didn't disappoint because the height difference between the seats in each row was adequate and therefore allowed me to watch the movie with nothing obstructing my view. The staff (eg. Snack stand, ticket checker) are welcoming too. ?
S	Sally Cheong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with my food orders. Ordered 2 sets of Corney dogs and only one set was served. The bun was cold and hard. Fries were cold and stale. Inedible and money wasted. The set was $18! Truly disappointed! The second set was served about 25 mins later and it was edible. The consistency of food standards is obviously not observed.
T	Tommy Gui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Gold Class to catch 007. Services of all the staff are quite good and helpful. The recliner seats are pretty new and hrm... Ok. Somehow I will still prefer the seats at Vivo Gold Class, seems to be slightly bigger and the angle are more comfortable.

We ordered nacho cheese, but he picked up a nacho cheese tray that was set aside for quite awhile and has turned cold so we requested for another new one instead. However, he was very sarcastic and purposely gave us a newly scooped one with half the quantity as before just to get back at us. Asked why it was lesser than he just said $1 for extra cheese if we wanted. Disappointed with my first visit here
Y	Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No scanning for movie ticket. They super lack staff. Comfortable seating. Go Klook buy the reg popcorn plus reg drink set at $5.85 to save your money. Tell them you use Klook. Easy to redeem.
G	Gary Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money cinema, great spacious seats and food. Staff lady Liew Ang Khim very friendly and accommodating to our food and drinks request. Just $35 for 2 deluxe ticket, of course, unlike the usual gold class while you can have your seat down all the way like a bed, this reclines midway instead but spacious and comfortable enough for the extra premium. Self service food collection though. They do send you the food if it takes sometime.
A	Adrian S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice comfortable seating - the express means the lack of that secluded gold lounge we usually get in other GV cinemas. I was surprised also on the super thin blanket (if you have shorts and sandals like me, bring some covers from home or FREEZE). food was good! I was surprised on the cocktail; the popcorn-inspired cocktail deserves 5 stars! Not too sweet yet caramel taste and you can feel the hard liquor. Seats are comfortable but I rather have the seat legs recline a bit further (not one button to press all, but more control on the seat and the leg rest separately). Good place; but maybe go to a full-scale gold GV if you want the full experience.
