★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only they hve 3 seats in a roll. So the 3rdperdon hve to seat 2 rolls in front. In spite of pressing the yellow light button, no one came in to clear the plates. I had to go out to call them since I was going to to the ladies.. lucky I enjoyed the movie otherwise it will be a total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gold class always meets the mark in terms of relaxed movie watching. Should however have more veg / vegan snack / mains options for todays times. Otherwise, good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk why Singaporeans set such low standards with cinema halls. The sound sucks. Basically feels like piercing your ears. I have a better sound setup in my living room. So much for a cinema hall. Ruined my movie experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy multiplex cinema with 6 normal cinema halls and 2 Gold Class cinema halls located in a small shopping mall in the quintessential Katong estate. Haven't tried the Gold Class halls but seatings in normal halls are already comfortably wide and have ample leg space. My favourite place to chill out and watch movies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New clean cinema. Space is over cooled. The chairs in gold class are comfy and able recline almost till 180 degree flat. Free biscuits and drinking water. Fried cauliflower and wings are delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the place lost its Peranakan touch during the revamp, but nonetheless it's a very aesthetically pleasing cinema.
The exit sign is annoyingly located beneath the screen for Hall 2. The seat is napa leather but its thin and crusty compared to the standard halls of other GV outlets. This one is lowkey tempting you to watch at Gold Class.The sound is bombastic and the screen is thankfully bright and not dim unlike the other outlets.
There's a water cooler at the back for el cheapos like me that only have plain water and not buy popcorn sets when watching movies.

Compared to Shaw premiere, the seats recline more and are more comfortable. Can't say for the Cathay one cos I haven't tried.
The food is also pretty good, especially the crispy chicken.
But their salted popcorn is super bland. Only the sweet popcorn is nice.
Overall a nice place to catch a movie
