★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your system got plenty of bugs, my company paid for your service but we cant use your system. Your customer service are sucks, reply email in weeks and not helping to resolving our problem. This is like a scam company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have had the misfortune to subscribe to in my life. I subscribed in Feb 2019 and until today, August 2019, I have to email them every single month to ask why are things not working, and it seems that there is only 1 guy in the company who takes 3 days to think of an excuse.
The software is cluttered with bad UI, support forms do not work, calls to their office ends with "Please email us and we will get back to you". Should just shut down the company already, would give negative stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience is small word for them . Their help support system and the payroll and year end tax systems are one of the horrible. I had no choice had to give 1 star . There re many free also are better than using their system. Please be cautioned before buying their system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I manage a small business of 14 staff in the fashion business, and I would absolutely recommend using Gpayroll for your businesses in Hong Kong. It fully automates my monthly payroll from calculation to salary disbursement to MPF & other Tax filings.
The UI is friendly and the navigation is intuitive and self-explanatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very stressful to run payroll with Gpayroll. They provide some form of automation, but the system is very unstable. Should there be any changes that need to be made, it will be a complete nightmare to do.
Now trying to process IR8A, the system just keep giving error message. The live chat agent just went silent. Sent them a support email, I wonder again how many days they will take on respond.
Hello payroll stress.
