Guide To Grabfood - 28 Sin Ming Ln

Ordered Imperial Peking Duck for a small birthday celebration at home. Scheduled to delivered by 12.50pm on day but suddenly received a message that the order was cancelled due to no driver. Feedback to Grab chat with 6 ppl on queue. Waited for a while and only to get message from Grab to ask me to re-order if I still want the food!! LOL. Who dares to order again and what if it gets cancelled again?? And wait for another 2 hours for Dinner?? Unbelievable.. Lesson learnt: Don’t use Grab Food if you have guests at home cause it may cancel anytime. Best to go buy the food yourself or call directly to the restaurant to see if they have delivery services so that your order will not get cancelled suddenly when you have guests at home waiting for the food.

Ordered from Grabfood - 'Hua Zai Roasted Duck Sembawang Riverlodge'. Ordered at 10am and food was supposed to be delivered at 12pm. The order's status kept getting delayed from 11.45 to 1.15pm. The reason - "food being prepared by restaurant". At 1.20pm the order had yet to be despatched from the stall. Had to take the trouble to call Grab to cancel the order. Poor Customer Service from Grabfood as their Customer Service response was "look at the time stated on the order and continue waiting for the food (that was already more than 1 hour late and counting). The stall sucked with poor communication and Grabfood sucked too with their indifferent response to customer feedback.
