β β β β β Great food and environment. The ventilators in the grill allows customers to enjoy the food without leaving with a strong bbq smell on them.
Went during weekday lunch and got the lunch sets - we waygu and assorted.
Service was a little slow as there are only 2 servers.

β β β β β Meats are really in high quality, my friend and I ordered Wagyu buffet, all the staffs were extremely friendly and taught us on every part of the beef and how to eat it in an authentic way.
It's best with beer!

β β β β β Had the worst gyukaku experience at the outlet. Ordered the buffet option which we usually have at other outlets. While the service crew was polite and responsive, the problem was with the meat. We ordered almost EVERY available option of beef and none of them were edible (the Australian wagyu which was meant to be the premium item was the toughest). Just tough and chewy. We tried various done-ness of cooking the meat; rare, medium, well-done even. None of them worked. Weβve never had a problem with gyukaku meat. Even the seasoning was off. Everything was too salty. It was truly a complete waste of money. Iβm very disappointed..

β β β β β My favourite yakiniku restaurant chain. Already come here for a couple of times as this is one of the less crowded branches.
Now always orders the Japanese Wagyu 700g/540g Platter, and itβs super enjoyable!!? Donβt want to order the buffet anymoreβ¦?
I wish the validity of loyalty card can be longer, maybe at least one more month than the current 3 months. Or maybe after accumulated the full 20 stamps, the 20% discount can be utilized within one month from the expiry of card.

β β β β β There is this tall boy waiter with glasses, he has excellent service in helping customers. Food was good and plus the service, it really makes it a great experience. Will be coming back for sure provided this boy still there. ?

β β β β β This place is very accessible by MRT, generous servings of fresh meat. Chose the buffet over the alacarte and wasnβt disappointed. Love how peaceful and cosy it is here with lesser crowds. Thomas was very helpful and helped us put out the fire caused by the oil dripping into the coals. This bbq shop is located next to Golden Village Ticketing Booth on the 5th floor.

β β β β β Wow, what I can say is, the Japanese wagyu all you can it is worth the money. Ate it during lunch time, less crowded. Once u order thru the app, the food came almost instantly. Thatβs a plus point for buffet. The service standard was superb too. Instant refill of your refillable drink.
Lastly, the in house ice cream, soooooo gooodd, had the matcha and vanilla, maybe gyu kaku can start to open their own ice cream shop ??
