★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the minimal no frills decor of the place with seating for 12. Had the cheesy gyu-don ($8.90) and spicy gyu-men plus level 3 ($11.90). Cheesy gyu-don was comforting while the gyu-men was really spicy!! Recommend a level 1 to test waters if you are there for the first time. Service was prompt and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was okay. I tried the cheesy gyudon and my friend got the gyumen. Beef was good but other than that, I don’t find anything out of the ordinary. The broth for the ramen was not particularly nice, it was basic (?). Service was quick and good.
However place is really small, with seats for 8 in total. The tables and chairs that I were on, were so small it was uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone here countless amount of times and will keep coming back here ~ The food is always delicious ! You will not regret coming here. The Gyumen is so good, the cheesy gyudon with curry is also amazing. I crave this every other week really. It is a nice cozy place and the host is always very accommodating to all guests~ ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つThe food and environment will keep you wanting to come back~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The set lunch offered great value for money. I had the gyu-tsukemen that included a generous serving of beef, onsen egg and super flavorful dipping broth.
This one-man store is very small and can only seat 7-8 people but the owner was very nice and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately only able to snap a decent picture of the cheesy chicken don as my friends started devouring theirs, food tasted good and was served by a friendly Caucasian lad, shop is kind of cramp so I wouldn't really reccomend dining in but for take aways it's perfect. Especially considering the price which he sells the food u can't really find anything else like this in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the gyu tsukemen. Beef was sweet and noodles were chewy. The chef was really friendly and attentive. He manages the place alone and puts in great care for each customer. Only thing to improve is the portion is too small. I went Amoy for additional food after this haha. Also would be great if there is more seating.

Also, a perfect hideout for those who wants to escape from the buzzing CBD area.
