I have purchased food voucher via Q0010 and ordered 2 sets but he keep insisting it's one. Thankfully, I have my hardcopy print out for easy reference. He also repeated my order wrongly. Please improve on your customer service.
S	SZ Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a voucher from citibank so used it for a treat at Haegen Dasz. The staff were very proactive in trying to get customers and were very prompt in service. One thing that I like is that they asked whether we would like water, after we ordered. Most establishments would just wait for you to ask instead of offering. Plus point. Ice cream was standard lo. Haegen Dasz lo. Butter waffle biscuit was tasty and crispy which complements well with the ice cream. Overall 4 stars. After all its just Haegen Dasz.

Good customer service . lots of ice cream varieties , you can choose and mix , you can have it cone type , basket , cup , on a platter . Chocolate toppings was my favourite . They comes with free drinking water both watm and chill . Can be crowded during peak hours

The ice-cream is good ofcourse, creamy rich and full of flavour but this is a appreciation post for the staff. We were even offered water even though it’s an ice-cream parlour.
A	A Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my family here after my eldest daughter’s birthday celebration as all of them love Ice cream. Selection not as extensive as baskin Robbins. The scoops of the ice cream was also pretty small. Ordered a cup to americano and it was $5.90 for a small cup. Overall quite an expensive place to have ice cream. Service wise, not bad. Friendly and helpful staff. The glasses that were used to served water had quite a stain to them.

Häagen-Dazs ice cream has been one of the better tasting quality ice cream brands around for quite some time. This restaurant isn't one of their biggest outlets and during this Covid19 period, seats for dining in are more limited. At first I ordered a brownie with ice cream and raspberry cheese with ice cream but both the ice cream were melted badly. I highlighted this to the service crew and they were patient in handling my concern. The manager himself came to handle and informed he will separate the warm brownie from the ice cream. Definitely a service standard to be appraised where you don't see as frequent.

Despite all of this chaos, one of the staff took matters into her own hands, book a grabcar and personally deliver the cake to my home address. Even though it's slightly beyond the agreed timing, God knows how much longer my cake will arrive if they're to wait for another lalamove delivery person to be available. Kudos to such an excellent service rendered! Thank you very much! ??
