★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came 40 minutes late for appointment, staff were unapologetic and still damn relaxed and chill.
Feedback to boss but he simply said it's an misinterpretation on my part as he meant they will arrive some time between 11am-12pm instead of the whole cleaning process will be taking place between 11am -12pm. Ironically such issues didn't happened in my previous two engagements with them, but well i'm forced to hire them as part of my tenancy agreement anyway.
Engage them if punctuality and service level isn't high on your priority list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I requested the boss to let your workers wear their masks properly due to my previous bad experience from another aircon company, I found their workers pretend to wear their masks.
When I was out of their views, it happened. I found it accidentally. It was so disappointed in spite of the company's well cleaning service. Moreover, I have kept made may call to talk about this many time since this situation happend. Unfortunately, still I've got no answer with the message with "busy line".
I think they just blocked me.
If they replied my call to talk about this, I would have not uploaded this review. However, I would like to share my awful experience to prevent other people from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family is a regular customer of Hana Aircon and we always come back to them for cleaning our air conditioner because of their consistent good quality, reliable and really affordable service. The workers, including their boss, are also very respectful, meticulous and skilful in their job. They clean up very nicely too! Keep up the great work :))
