★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selvi and the team cleaned all of our AC inside units in our rental apartment. They were extremely careful to not make a mess and ensured they cleaned after themselves. Many of the AC not been cleaned in years by the previous tenant/landlord. The vacuum and wire brush technique many companies use is ineffective. I would recommend the deeper cleaning once per year on heavy use units.
