โ โ โ โ โ Amazing experience with Gareth who has extensive knowledge and excellent at explaining the symptoms and how to overcome them. Dry needling has really helped me and Gareth's advice and exercises ensured recovery was fast and effective. Definitely recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Gareth is simply AMAZING! I have constant neck, right shoulder and back pain from sport. It took me just a handful of sessions with Gareth and he got me all sorted with his professional and precise massage, simple and effective stretches exercises. Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ I went to Heartland Rehab @Interlace with a pulled lower back muscle. Gareth was extremely professional and was able to very accurately identify the impacted muscle with just a few movement exercises. The stretches he suggested were effective and I was up and about within a few days.
What I liked was the attention to detail and the follow up post that to ensure things were going smoothly.

โ โ โ โ โ Great physio! Gareth was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me to successfully recover from an injury. He worked with me to gradually restore my pre-injury strength and gave me tips and exercises to prevent it from happening again. Would definitely recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ I took my daughter to Heartland Physio @ Interlace for a hand therapy consultation with Gareth. Gareth was able to pinpoint her issues within the first consultation. He not only addressed lingering issues with her wrist but also her ankle and over pronation of foot. He prescribed her with home exercises which work amazingly. Gareth is very professional, attentive to details, and he listens! He was very willing to come up with alternatives for my teenager, to work around her limitations. I highly recommend Gareth and Heartland Physio!
