Online website keeps changing my address to great britain or usa and listed my delivery as dhl and days taxes will be collected. Called the shop and it says they are not operating today at their shop

Sucks. Keeps including shipping cost when my order has exceeded the the limit for free shipping. And when I sent a query through their system, the whole message just dissappeared with not acknowledgement that feedback was sent. I tried to give feedback through the feedback button, the SUBMIT button does not respond when clicked. What a joke. Total waste of time.

Iherb used to be really good. In the past 2 years they have constantly raised their prices. Especially when they have promotions and discounts, then they up their prices accordingly. Customer support used to be good too but almost none existent now. Used to order and it would be shipped out within a couple of days, now it takes them weeks to ship out. Sorry Iherb, you lost your touch, muscle and strength is a good competitor and should be seriously considered.

The live chat customer service is super duper lousy. I was charged a shipping fee that was supposed to be not. So I asked, the rep told me "Let me check.." then suddenly someone typed 'how can I assist you today?' Then I asked huh?! I thought u were checking, then the reply, "All our operators are busy now."What?! Then another rep replied "how can I help u today?!! OMG! That is in less than 5 minutes. After I repeated myself 3 times, his reply was "Most of the time, u may not hit the minimum amount" and I said most of the time?! Can u check my order? That is why I am contacting ur side as my order was over the minimum amount. Then a reply, "how can I help u today?" 3 consecutive times. I was like what the hell?! Hopeless case.

I recently purchased Naturade Total Soy Meal Replacement shake powder. As I did my research, I realised that the ingredients within the powder contain lead, which is detrimental to health and causes cancer and other reproductive issues. Upon realising this horrendous fact, I emailed the customer service requesting for a refund as I am unable to consume. I am deeply disappointed in iHerb. After buying from them previously over the years, I realised that they sell products that can be harmful to health. They do not do research of their featured items and continue to sell them as though they are supplements to their customers. I am also deep disappointed due to the following: 1. Upon realising my product was not consumable, instead of offering a refund straight, they told me to send the product (really heavy since it is a tub of powder) back to them at my own cost before they could proceed with a refund 2. Didn't offer to pay for shipping 3. Couldn't do a refund without the hassle of sending the product back to them even though it's been open (why would you need a product that has already been opened?) I have encountered similar incidents prior to this with other companies and they'd just process the refund straight without questions since there is proof. However, iHerb insisted on this before they could give me back my money. The product isn't really all that expensive and sending it back to them at my own cost would definitely cost more than the product itself. To this, I'd say, if you're looking to purchase supplements or products to be consumed, do not trust iHerb wholeheartedly. Do your due diligence and research on the product you want to purchase before actually clicking the check out button. iHerb is NOT all that reliable after all.

Excellent service. Ordered it over the weekend and it came in a few days. Very good and prompt service. Products nicely packaged and expiry date is always reasonable. I have been buying iherb products for the longest time and it has never once failed me!

bought several items a few times already, and there is no problem. no complain. just happened to see a 1 star review that state customer service is non existant. well, i don't happened to have to call customer service cuz email was sent after purchase and delivery date was set before i make payment. Everything is agreed. The deliveries usually come earlier than what it stated though which is a good thing
