★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T3 counter is closed have to return at T2 upon calling the number displayed at T3 no one picks up. Wasted 30mins walking up and down between terminals. Very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! Made a booking at their Ubi outlet for 10am collection. Arrived to find the counter unmanned.
I called to enquire, and was contacted by another branch informing me that the system at Ubi was down and if I could collect from Changi Airport instead.
According to the staff, she had sent me an email regarding the change, which I did not acknowledge. When I checked my inbox, the mail was only received at 8:22 am, just slightly 1.5 hrs before collection.
For such a short timeline, surely you could follow up with a call or sms at least? At 8:22am, I am already preparing for work. Do you think I will check my private email regularly?
