★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is part of the Ang Mo Kio GRC. The RC here is doing a good job. The area is neat and clean.They have constructed the Hibiscus Pavilion last year (multiple usages). A Hibiscus Amphitheatre is completed recently and a huge luminated name of Hibiscus @ Sengkang South has been erected at the entrance from Hougang Ave 10 into the car park at Blk 454.Also a garden along the canal is under construction.All this gives the residents here more places to hold celebrations and functions.It also helps to beautify the neighbourhood.
