I couldn't agree more with Cindy Ang's comments because that was exactly my recent experience. Although the cake that I ordered was a different flavour, in terms of looks and texture of it was exactly what was described by her. Cake was really ugly and looked really effortless. The fella was "timely" when pressing for payment, but after that you will not hear from him unless you initiate it. Asked for a photo prior to delivery but was totally ignored. After the incident, i gave my honest feedback thru WhatsApp but did not receive any reply. So is this the kind of service you want to receive? Apparently I only saw the negative comments thru fb and google that I learn what they are incapable of. If I had saw them earlier, i would never had engaged them. Definitely and absolutely not worth the amount paid. Similarly I would not give even a star if i could. Lastly to Homebakee, please have some ethics...

The cake looks so ugly and effortless. It was all printed on sugary pieces and placed onto the cake. The salted caramel I ordered tasted nothing like that; even the guests I had also commented how tasteless and horrible it is. The cake itself was hard and bland. Customer service is okay but I would not even give a single star if I can help it. Totally disappointed. Highly do not recommend. Free also I wun eat it
