Not as good as the old days. Understand from a friend that staying nearby that they have changed owners. The skin was too thick for my liking. The same variety of pau were still available.

Their fan choy is highly recommended. Chicken glutinous rice was average. So is the bun (not in picture)

$0.70 for red bean bun Came to try this place as a singaporean foodie influencer recommended this place, heard this is homemade. But this is really an expensive, small, sweet paste with thick skin bun. I am sorry, but really can’t enjoy this bun. ? Really cannot trust what some foodie writers ?

I tabao the siew mai and it was good. Not too fatty. Goes well with chilli. Update: Char siew bun was good but small. Filling has a charcoal taste.

We can't speak for the rest, but we super love ?? the Char Siew Pau and Da Pau - Tender,?, juicy?, and made fresh daily ? Yes yes, the size of these paus are not very big and yes they are pretty pricey BUT they are so worth it! ??♥️❣️ Imagine a Char Siew Pau served by waiters in a fancy ballroom as hors d'oeuvres in a cocktail ? Yup, it's that good ? delicious, flavourful, homemade as can be!... And, yup it's just one bite ? And the Da Pau... Unlike many, this one is juicy! Well, it's the size of a regular Char Siew Pau ? oh well, we love it still ? When tasked to buy something for a potluck, these paus will most definitely be it and loved by all ?? Call us bias ? Try the Lo Mai Kai and Fan Choy too. They are just as good ? we just ate it before we took any photos ?? what's new with us, huh? ? And the bit about it being sold to someone else ? we seriously doubt it... Everyone from a long time ago is still there, kneading dough and filling 'em... we can't verify that bit of info... We still maintain what we have posted here ?
