Do not ever close this! Best recreational area in the west ever, or maybe even the only place in the west with a console. Thank you for the good experience, will definitely come here more often !

Lovely place to play board games/console/laser quest. The pricing is per the picture that I have taken as of Jan 2021. Laser quest is around $5 per 10minutes of play. You can also choose to either play console or board games or both. Prices are like $12 for first person, and then $7 for subsequent persons. Rates are of course cheaper if you are from HomeTeamNS or you have a Safra/Passion card The console and board games are limited (didn't take a picture), but there are favourites like Overcooked or Fifa available. Staffs are friendly and helpful as well. Walk further in and you can reach Aspire Cuesports, for pool/snooker plays. Would come again if not for the inaccessibility to this location! It should be easier if you can come via private transport.

It was great the first time we came, as the male staff was very friendly and welcoming to us. He taught us how to book the slots via app and helped us to set up the console promptly once the slot was booked. Went to the playpen again today and it was a really BAD experience. Booked a 7pm to 8pm slot to play the console games, and paid $16 in total for 2 pax. When we reached playpen, the female staff was helping another group to book their slots, so we waited patiently for her. She also came over midway and told us to wait for awhile as she was attending to another group. By the time we started the console games, it was already 7.10pm. At 8pm sharp, she came over to stop us in the middle of our game and said that time was up. We told her that we started late just now because we were waiting for her, and she said that the playpen closes at 8pm sharp. She claimed that she did not see us waiting, although she did come over to ask us to wait for her. Additionally, she blamed us for not informing her that we have a slot booked, and said we should have interrupted her to tell her that we had a booking…?!?!? In the end, we had to forfeit the 10 minutes of playtime which is worth $2.60. Feels pretty unjustified because we did nothing wrong on our part. We were ready to start at 7pm sharp, but were being told to wait and blamed for not informing. There was also no disclaimer that the game play time will be shortened. We really enjoy playing at playpen, and would like to highlight that our first experience at playpen was really great! The first male staff was super friendly and nice. However, today’s experience was not the best… Hope you guys can improve on this area. Thanks!
