Hong Kong Egglet

Super lousy service. Was standing at the q but was ignored by thr cashier. Just becos i am using shopper offer? She saw me but serve another customer instead of me. Will not buy or recommend this to anyone. My first last experience!!!

Lady on 12 Apr duty said store opened only at 12pm when I arrived at 11.15am. When I returned at 12.05pm, the same lady still said she was not ready to receive order and asked me to come back 20 min later. Oh my ...when the rest of the stores had started business hours before... Pity the owner of this franchise store

Ordered 1 original and 1 chicken floss. Lady said to come back later for it. But got 2 originals instead. Got charged 70 cents more for empty egglets. Maybe should have just waited there to watch. Not just the money. But really wanted to try the chicken floss ones. Outside is crispy but the inside is kinda hard.

The egglets are yummy but the service experience was not enjoyable! Came here twice in the morning after supposed opening hours, both rounds have bad experiences. 1st time came at 10a.m , the server said wait 30 minutes for opening (opening hours previously indicated 10a.m) 2nd time came at 1140a.m, she told me to wait for a short while , it took about 15 minutes just waiting when there wasn’t anyone else in the queue. She clearly hasn’t started preparing yet... (all the appliances were still unused and ingredients had to be searched for) There weren’t even any plains one like in the afternoon made ready to go. The shop looked like it had just opened, more than 1.5 hours after the supposed opening hours here on G-maps (10a.m reflected , as of today’s review ) Avoid morning timing here if you want to enjoy the experience... even if you don’t see anyone in the queue. It’s not representative of wait time.

Lol I don’t usually give reviews but this is my favourite food and it deserves an average of 4(?) not 2.1 ?but cool beans Erm the service was okay when I went. But to be fair I ordered plain one HAHAHA I think only the plain and maybe Pandan ones are the best. But damnnnn 2.1 is so Low. But believe me the plain/ Pandan one is great. Its crispier and more fragrant and less oily and less sweet than the traditional waffles. ❤️?

Lousy service. Wanted to buy, the next door selling pao reply to me now eating. If u want to buy just wait for her finish her break than u buy. With a unfriendly service reply. Hello, did I own u money. I just want to buy and no need to say so unfriendly way. If u are eating just show a piece of notice say not in service wait till a timing. So that no one will not disturb her eating. The worst service I get and not a must to eat your snack. This company really need to change your way of serving customer.

Placed an order and stood there waiting for 30 minutes then asked if my order is ready...the staff says she's already given it to my 'daughter'...??? And rudely argue that she'll turn on the CCTV for me when i insisted that i didn't have a daughter & didn't know the person she's pass my order to.....! She then Reluctantly tell me i would need to wait if i want a replacement...she made everything seems like my fault...
