Dropped by this place. First time experience entering their premises. Good for the staff to adhere to the safe distance rules and tracing measures. Keep it up!

Do not stay here. Ants everywhere, AC not working, no proper lights in the room, outdated bathroom, and the worst is the smoke smell everywhere.

Good budget hotel. You won't stay here if your budget allows, feels like Malaysia around this place.

Toilet need to be properly clean can see mold on ceiling wall of toilet, soap dispenser not working, need upgrading

We also late check in due to they say the room got problem and No wake up call and the in charge manager jason from tristar very rude and keep insist we pay the late check out saying the colleague is new forget to call sorry also dont knoe how say i most not reccoommend this hotel to anyone cause of their attitude toward customer

Stay here whenever I am in Singapore... Usually clean and largish rooms. A nice pool and staff are friendly Love the location the most, away from the tourists and there are plenty great food options nearby.

Don't stay here. This is the filthiest hotel I've ever encountered. It was infested with ants. The floor was dirty, so when I walked with socks on, they became black within an hour. There was hair everywhere. There was smoke smell in the halls and the room. The walls, furniture, floor, etc. were very old and broken. There was only one electrical outlet that worked in the room. There was no shower curtain when we checked in. The room was never cleaned. The door sometimes didn't open, since there was a problem with the lock. Other guests left their doors open. There was a guy walking through the hall barefoot. Did I mention the ant infestation? Everywhere on the floor and walls and sink: ants. This was just beyond anything I've seen. And it wasn't especially cheap either. Please don't stay here.
