He Asked , U buy or not ? What the F***. How come of ur staff service.
I bought Huawei nova 3i price - $398 from ur shop but really not happy that ur staff serve cutomer .
pls more improvement ur staff for future

β β β β β This shop is bad place new temper glass with foreign particles in it. When ask to replace new glass commenting rubbish like not paid for other things when everything was scan by shop and paid by nets. Be careful when purchasing from this shop

β β β β β Got this Martin Roland Karoeke set, I'm surprised that the speaker and sound of the microphone sounded just perfect when I sang. Nevertheless thumbs up, just need to hands on more doing manual fine tuning . Would definetely recommend this to all my friends and family's who wants to have this Martin Roland Karoeke set in their own comfort home. The salesperson patiently taught me how to set up the karoeke set with a basic draft up of the connection on a piece of paper . Greatly appreciated with his service and help. I'm very happy with the products that I have purchase

β β β β β I would highly recommend Jay, he provided post-purchase support to me and understood the issue well. It was settled and I am highly satisfied with his service. A little bit of warning though, some of their staff are not as good as him with customer service.

I was asking abt the release of Huawei Honor Note 10 or Honor View 20 but the staff laughed and answered "Honor is not Huawei products".
I wonder if he knows what his store is selling and really doubt of this store's authenticity of their products as well.

β β β β β Do not buy third party Huawei products here. I brought a tempered glass screen protector for my phone here paying three times the normal amount, thinking its a premium to pay for better quality products. However it crack after less than 2 weeks by itself. I did not even do anything rough with my phone the whole while. The broke glass even cuts my finger. When I went back to sort out the issue, I was told it was not covered under any warranty. Tough luck. I'll not get product from here again.
