D	Darryl Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a good place to buy bathroom fittings when I came across Hupfarri's store the other day. Was pleasantly surprised by the Ubi showroom's interior and well decorated store. Usually, one would expect clutter and claustrophobia when visiting these sort of stores, but Hupfarri tailor's the experience well for it's customers the moment you step into the store. The layout was big and wide, they don't pressure you to buy and best of all, there is a quaint second storey for you to purchase lights and kitchen equipment. Note that the store also smells very good (presumably from the scented candles). Bought myself a matte black tap and rain-shower for my new condo and installation was a breeze by my contractor. No fuss! Overall good experience if you like to slowly choose your products in a big area without stress. Great experience, great service, great product! 10 stars if possible!
m	matrix poh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed! Do not buy Otto SS kitchen sink. The sink I bought, first wash already scratched. Only used normal Scotch soft sponge for cleaning. Now into 2 months usage, the sink is like it had been used for many years with many visible scratches. My previous sink in rented unit was so much more durable and barely had visible scratches even after many years. Kitchen sink supposed to be durable for the heavy usage.

The sales persons were not responsive and not ready to take responsibility of the defective products. I've been told by my plumber that their products are expensive. Based on my experiences, you pay a premium for an average products. The worst is the defensive bunch of sales people who were not ready to cooperate and all that they did was dodge responsibility. I will NOT recommend Hupfarri to anyone. BE PREPARED TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

Ask for opinion but cannot give only keep saying it is based on our liking, then hire them for what. Very inexperienced sale assistant. Ask for a slot for their external plumber, she says will do it on the following Monday but didn’t do it until I called on the Monday’s evening. Follow up service very bad. Before that, that still able to promise to do in the following week but need to confirm but ended up no slots and need to wait for 2 – 3 weeks later. If I knew it, I won’t not buy from them. material wise still not sure but is a PVC vanity cabinet. I have to wait for them to install 2 – 3 weeks later and cannot do anything about it. It is very important for us whom need a urgent slot. Don’t buy from them. Was served by Xindy.
6	6aM Lefre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not take responsibility for the product. When my family went there, we asked if can change size if the size is not right and they told us yes can change. But when the product arrived we asked for change they said that we need to pay extra money to change the size which is a very irresponsible sales person. Highly not recommend to buy product from this shop.

First - the sales lady for the kitchenware department did not know how to speak English. Second - the sales person doesn’t know what is the kilowatt capacity for their hobs. All she said is that it’s no where written which I myself already knew by reading the same descriptions materials that were available for the unit. She also described sizes of hob power as big, small, medium... I mean, how does it help on deciding if it’s the ideal for cooking Chinese wok dish or boiling water? Or even compare within the different units and prices available. I don’t understand how this store receiving 5 stars in google being unknowledgeable sales person and incomplete description of the product. Waste of time come here.
